The staff at Hotel Raphael take pride in their work, but perhaps proudest of all is head barman, Christian Gomez, whose innovative craft cocktail menu has the ability to transport you to a different time and place.
Befitting of Bar Anglais’ British atmosphere, his Pink Vesper cocktail is a reinterpretation of James Bond’s martini of choice, combining Beefeater gin, vodka, and Lillet rosé. The hotel’s signature, Raphael, is a summery blend of champagne, strawberry purée, Manzana verde liqueur, and lime.
Equally appealing is the bar’s afternoon tea service, with a variety of pastries made on site by pastry chef Sébastian Reul.
